In responding to a recent severe leak in the condominium that I manage, Alicia, the dispatcher and Zac Dixon, the plumber at API demonstrated “Excellent Customer Service” in resolving my building issues. I’ve always gotten good service from API through the years; however, they deserve an “Apple Recognition” for their honesty and professionalism. These guys are great. Very professional and quick to respond. Saved me a ton of money running a camera through and then clearing my sewer lines. The “other guys” told us we had to dig up and replace the pipe which would have cost over $40,000.00!

Top notch! Water main break at our complex and 12 hours later new main line fixed and sealed and water back on by 12noon as owner had promised. Gotta love that. Nice guys and quick and easy clean up. Huge hole and lots of concrete parking lot debris. ALL GONE. Great job. Pics to follow.
